La Sams Premium and the California expansion

La Sams Heritage is preparing two significant projects for the closing months of 2026.

La Sams Premium

The brand's first premium format, built around a sit-down space and the gifting range. The Premium menu adds bird-nest, red-date and goji jars in glass — the line guests have most often chosen as gifts over the past year.

The biggest departure from the current four stores is an open bar, where guests can watch the whole sequence from the moment the jelly leaves the chilled tray.

Expanding in California

The Westminster store, trading since early 2026, is La Sams' first location in the United States. Expansion in the area is now under way, aimed at the Vietnamese community in Orange County and nearby.

In the US market the hardest part remains the process itself: because the jelly carries no preservatives, the entire supply chain has to be redesigned around distance and local regulation.

What it means for partners

Being present in both markets opens collaborations the brand could not offer before: retail distribution, shop-in-shop counters inside existing formats, and cross-border corporate orders.
