New arrivals: "Three Cups of Affection" for the year’s end

For the end of 2026, La Sams is introducing "Three Cups of Affection" — three new drinks heading in three quite different directions, all built on the same familiar grass-jelly base.

Purple Cloud — 59K

Purple sweet potato, steamed and whipped smooth, then poured slowly into coconut milk. The colour drifts from deep purple to ivory like a cloud — and all of it is the vegetable's own, with nothing added.

Delicate and naturally sweet, for anyone who finds most drinks too sugary.

Grapefruit Mango Tea, Chili Salt Milk Foam — 69K

The boldest of the three. Segmented green grapefruit, ripe mango, and a milk foam whipped with chili salt on top.

The first sip is the foam's salt, then the grapefruit's sourness, and only then the mango. Very Saigon — the way people here dip fruit in chili salt.

La Sams Pickleball — 59K

Golden sea buckthorn soda, lightly sparkling, bracingly tart, caffeine-free. This one came out of the pickleball tournaments La Sams sponsors, and took its name from the sport.
